Magento：Installation is incomplete. Check the console log for errors before trying again.

I have been having some major problems installing all the new Magento versions, however, now after I increased the maximum_execution time = 360000 & the memory_limit = 1G I was finally able to successfully install Magento 2.1.1, however, there was a problem installing the sample data which is not a big deal I just needed some content to see how it is.
